Indigenous Employment:

Jobs Australia provide's specialised services for Indigenous Youths called IYEC program. The IYEC program assists Indigenous teens aged 15-19 years with job searching. IYEC provides the support and encouragement for Indigenous young people to stay in education and move into training and/or work.

IYEC is for indigenous young people who are not going to school, want to continue with their education and training but would benefit from extra support, or who want to join the workforce.

IYEC consultants who work for Jobs Australia and are focused in finding employers who are happy to work closely with Indigenous young people and their families. We find local communities and businesses, school, vocational educational and training providers and other Job Network providers to help Indigenous young people stay in education or move into the employment and/or training industries.

If you are seeking more information on the IYEC program, please contact us and we will provide you with the information required or you can visit the IYEC Website.
